ＭＣＴ油是生酮用家每日最主力的食用油。

ＭＣＴ油就是從椰子油中提取而成，含高純度的中鏈脂肪酸，特點是能快速被身體代謝，轉化為能量使用，避免累積成脂肪。

為甚麼不買椰子油而買ＭＣＴ油？因ＭＣＴ油有兩個優點：

優點１，食用ＭＣＴ油比其他植物油更能減脂，這是引述加拿大麥基爾大學 (McGill University)的研究。

而且這點就算一般節食減脂用家亦適合，你可以在減脂餐單中加入ＭＣＴ油，這便可延長飽肚感，畢竟節食減脂最難受，就是飢餓感。
